Carla McDowell is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the waste management and environmental services industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Project Services in the Plains States at Clean Harbors since August 2022, Carla focuses on developing relationships with consulting and engineering firms to identify waste and remediation projects. Carla has held various leadership roles in reputable companies including AIMS Companies, MiD-America Environmental Solutions, HydroChemPSC, PSC Industrial Outsourcing, and Philip Services/North Central, LLC. With a solid foundation in account management and sales, Carla has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving business growth across multiple regions. Education has been pursued at Kansas State University, University of Missouri-Columbia, and Missouri Southern State University.
