Cynthia McCall

Cynthia McCall has extensive experience in account and program management, currently serving as an Account Manager and Program Manager at Clean Harbors since November 2019. Prior to this role, Cynthia was a Fiber Optic Specialist at NWS Endeavors Inc. from December 2017 to November 2019, and held positions as a Program Manager and Chemist at Clean Harbors from July 2014 to December 2017. Cynthia also worked as a Lead Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank from April 2009 to July 2014, where responsibilities included conducting operational audits and managing employee training and development. Cynthia earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Miami University, completing studies in 2013.
