Rich Wojnarowski

VP Supply Chain at Clean Harbors

Rich Wojnarowski has a extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rich began their career in 1989 as a General Manager at Best Metal Extrusions, Inc., where they managed day-to-day activities in a manufacturing business. In 1998, they transitioned to Clean Harbors, where they held a variety of roles including Financial Specialist, Product Manager, and Director of Sales Development. During their time at Clean Harbors, Rich implemented various strategies and processes to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction. In 2003, they became the Director of Strategic Planning and National Account Manager before being promoted to Director of National Accounts in 2003. Rich then served as Director of New Business Development and Senior Director of Customer Service & Support, leading acquisitions, implementing call centers, and improving operational efficiency. From 2009 to 2014, Rich held various director-level positions at Safety-Kleen, including Director of Distribution, Director of Transportation, and Director of Operations. In these roles, they implemented cost-saving measures, improved transportation efficiency, and led the opening of new facilities. Most recently, Rich served as the VP of Supply Chain at Clean Harbors since 2014 and successfully implemented an S&OP process that reduced inventory and increased inventory turnover. Overall, Rich has a strong background in operations, supply chain, sales, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and cost savings.

Rich Wojnarowski earned their Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance, General from Northeastern Illinois University in 1987. Rich later pursued an MBA in Business from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, graduating between 1994 and 1996. In addition, Rich obtained certifications in Business Process Management from BPMInstitute.org in December 2011, as well as certifications in Project Manager Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
