Ben Newman

Ben Newman is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in automation and software controls. Currently serving as the Principal Engineer of Automation at Clean Logix since April 2019, Ben designs electrical systems for chemical dispensing and process equipment, and crafts PLC programs. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Betz Machine as a Software & Controls Engineer, where responsibilities included designing electrical systems for product assembly and developing PLC programs. Earlier experience includes a position as R&D Testing Manager at Conductix-Wampfler USA, overseeing teams in testing and product development, as well as serving as an R&D Testing Technician/Programmer, focused on creating software for hardware interfaces and data collection. Ben holds multiple Associate's Degrees from Metropolitan Community College in Electrical Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Trades, and Computer Science.
