M. Arely Castellon

Ms. Castellón has been President of ST Franchising Systems LLC since its inception (August 2003). From March 1999 to October 2002, Ms. Castellón was Vice President and General Manager of Latin America and the Caribbean for Ciena Communications, Inc., based in Boca Raton, Florida. From July 1997 to November 1998, Ms. Castellón served as Vice President and General Manager at Motorola, based in Boca Raton, Florida. From September 1989 to July 1997, Ms. Castellón held several Executive positions at Sprint International, including Vice President and General Manager of The Americas. Ms. Castellón was recognized by Hispanic Business Magazine in April 2002 as one of 75 Top Hispanic Women in Business, and recipient of Vista Magazine, 1996 Corporate Achievement Award, as one of the most senior and accomplished Hispanic female executives in Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Castellón has a BS in History and Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
