Dr. Monique Edwards-Greer

Dr. Monique Edwards-Greer has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2018 to the present, they have served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Vice President of Technology, Data, and People at Clean Power Alliance. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2022, they held the position of IT/Customer Care Manager at the City of Lancaster.

Dr. Monique Edwards-Greer's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Monique then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University-Dominguez Hills. Later, they completed a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Leadership from Walden University.
