Karen Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karen served as the Director of Rates and Strategy at Clean Power Alliance from October 2018 to the present. Before that, they worked as the President of Schmidt Robertson Group since 2001. Additionally, they held positions such as Director at Food for Thought in Ojai, CA since 2009, and Executive Director at Save Open-space and Agricultural Resources (SOAR) from 2002 to October 2018. Karen also worked as a Fellow at Roots of Change from 2008 to 2009 and as a Principal at Booz & Company (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) from 1995 to 2001.
