Bradley Stanford

Bradley Stanford has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Bradley started their career as an HR Advisor at Rio Tinto, where they partnered with senior leaders to deliver HR services. Bradley then worked as an HR Business Partner at Elders and Flight Centre Travel Group, where they supported the operational needs of the businesses and provided people management and employee relations support. Stanford also held positions at Monsanto Company and Bayer, where they served as an HR Manager and Program Lead, respectively, focusing on HR operations, benefits, and technology. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Workplace Relations & Compliance at AusNet Services before joining Cleanaway Waste Management as the HR Lead - Business Partnering.

Bradley Stanford obtained their Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Organisational Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Communication from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between the years 2004 and 2010.
