Gail Bergmann

Gail Bergmann has over 30 years of experience in risk management and internal audit roles. Gail started their career at Ernst & Young in 1990, where they served as Principal and Australian Practice Leader for Governance Services. In 2008, they joined Deloitte as the Director of Risk Services, where they worked until 2011. Following that, they worked at IDP Education Ltd as the Global Risk and Internal Audit Manager for seven years. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Head of Internal Audit at Viva Energy Australia. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Risk and Audit at Cleanaway Waste Management, starting in 2021. Overall, Gail Bergmann has a strong background in risk management and internal audit across various industries.

Gail Bergmann completed their Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Accounting at Monash University from 1987 to 1989. Before attending university, they attended Sandringham Secondary College from 1978 to 1983. Gail also attended Sanringham East Primary School from 1971 to 1977 for their primary education.
