Johanna Westthorp

Johanna Westthorp is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering and project management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer in Infrastructure at Cleanaway Waste Management since July 2025, Johanna previously held positions at Campari Group as Engineering Manager and Project Engineer from August 2023 to July 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Bega Cheese Limited from January 2019 to August 2023 and at Beca from July 2015 to January 2019, along with a brief tenure as a Graduate Process Engineer at Midas Engineering Group in 2015. Johanna's early career began as a Chemical Engineering Vacation Student at Sunbeam Foods in early 2014. Johanna earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from the University of Adelaide, graduating in 2014.
