Melanie Blowes

Melanie Blowes is a seasoned professional in people and culture operations with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the People and Culture Operations Manager at CleanCo Queensland since October 2022, Melanie has previously held significant roles including OD Manager, Change Manager, and Talent Manager at Downer from June 2017 to October 2022. Additionally, Melanie contributed as a volunteer for NAWIC from August 2019 to December 2022, and was the Work Integrated Learning Lead at Kaplan Business School from July 2014 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes positions in People and Culture at Leighton Contractors, and Project Lead at Stanwell Corporation Limited, along with a role as Regional Manager at Chandler Macleod. Melanie's educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and an Advanced Diploma in Management - Human Resources from TAFE Queensland.
