Karen Davis is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as Head of People at Electric Ireland SuperHomes since June 2021, Karen has previously held several key roles at ESB, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Specialist, from October 2015 to June 2021. Prior experience includes positions at ESB International as an HR Specialist and at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as an HR Officer. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, a Diploma in Employment Law from Dublin Business School, and has training from The British Psychological Society.
