Javier Arriagada Guzmán

Javier Arriagada Guzmán has a diverse work experience in the financial and administrative field. Javier started their career as an Analyst of Accounting at BTG Pactual in 2018, where they analyzed financial statements and conducted studies on financial portfolios. In 2019, they worked as an Auditor at Deloitte, focusing on internal controls and conducting interviews with department heads to understand processes and associated risks. Simultaneously, they joined INJUV Chile as a Monitor and Coordinator of socioeducational workshops, where they taught and developed leadership and communication skills for young people in vulnerable schools. Afterward, they worked as an Assistant Administrator at CleanLight, where they contributed to financial executive assistance and control.
