Karla Rodríguez alarcón

Karla Rodríguez alarcón has held several positions in the field of Human Resources. In 2020, they became the Head of Human Resources Chile for CleanLight. Karla also served as Encargada de Recurso Humanos and Analista de Recursos Humanos, where they were responsible for the development of the Personal and Remuneraciones, Reclutamiento y Selección areas. Prior to this, in 2016, they held an Asesoria Administrativa role. In 2020, they also held a Practica de Recursos Humanos position at BRASS Chile S.A.

Karla Rodríguez alarcón completed their undergraduate studies at Duoc UC, where they earned a degree in Human Resources Administration in 2016. Karla then pursued further education at the Universidad Autónoma de Chile, where they earned a degree in Psychology in 2020 and a Licentiate in Psychology in 2020.
