Ângela Bernardes

Ângela Bernardes has extensive work experience in the field of energy management and environmental engineering. Ângela started their career in 2008 as a Researcher at Galp Energia, where they developed a simulation tool for industrial equipment. In 2010, they worked as an Environmental Engineer at GECOsistema, specializing in spatial decision support systems and renewable energy plants. Ângela then moved on to ARH Centro, where they worked as an Environmental Engineer for a year. From 2012 to 2014, Ângela was an Energy Manager at ISA - Intelligent Sensing Anywhere, S.A., and from 2015 to 2015, they held the same position at ISA Energy. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at VPS - Virtual Power Solutions as a Team Leader of Energy Management. Currently, Ângela is working at Cleanwatts, first as a Customer Success Manager in 2020 and currently as the Head of Customer Success.

Ângela Bernardes received a Licentiate degree in Environmental Engineering from the Universidade de Aveiro in 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master's degree in Sustainable Energetic Systems at the same university. In 2013, Ângela obtained a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) certification from ADENE - Agência para a Energia.
