Carlos Oliveira currently serves as the VP of Services at Cleanwatts, where responsibilities include managing energy service teams, asset management, operations and maintenance, and customer support while overseeing energy communities. Prior experience includes roles at EDP, such as Operational Manager, where Carlos managed operations at a combined cycle power plant, and Maintenance Engineer, focusing on asset management for hydroelectric power plants. Carlos has also worked as a Facility Manager at Sotécnica and has held various roles in education and research, including Research Development Engineer and Swimming Teacher. Carlos Oliveira holds a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on energy from Universidade de Coimbra and a postgraduate degree in Business Management for Engineers. Additionally, Carlos is a certified Measurement and Verification Professional in energy efficiency.
