Spencer Garner began their career in 1999 as President/CEO of Orbital Sudio, where they worked closely with clients to assess business requirements and provided cutting-edge technology solutions. In 2009, they joined Syndicated Solar as IT/Marketing Director and Marketing/IT Director. Later that same year, they joined RGS Energy (Commercial Division of Real Goods Solar, Inc) as Managing Application Engineer, where they were tasked with a full technology makeover. spencer collaborated with the CEO/CFO and project managers of Syndicated Solar, gathered requirements, and translated the business needs into technical specifications and design documents. spencer also led a small development team and rebuilt the entire application - the Solar Projects Operations/Client Management System. In 2017, they joined Clear Cannabis Inc. as VP of Technology.

Spencer Garner earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Independence University.
