Kate Douglas has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Kate most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Clear Channel Europe starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Clancy from 2020 to 2023 and as the Director of People & Culture at Snow Software from 2019 to 2020. Kate also held various HR leadership roles at Clear Channel UK, Vodafone UK, BAA, BSkyB, i-level, Capital Radio, and Panasonic Europe, where they gained experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy development.
Kate Douglas has a BA (Hons) degree in German & Business Studies from The University of Sheffield. Kate also holds a Postgrad Diploma in CIPD from the University of West London, which they completed from 1995 to 1997.
