Nathan Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Nathan started their career as a Freelance Design/UX Consultant, where they contributed to the design of multiple award-winning digital products and services. Nathan then worked as a Design Director at Alexander Interactive, leading the redesigns and rebrands of digital touchpoints for notable brands, generating over $1 billion in online sales. Nathan later became the Design Director at Thumbplay, where they rebuilt the Design and User Experience teams. Nathan played a crucial role in launching one of the first on-demand music services. At Clear Channel Communications, they served as the VP of Product Experience, overseeing the Visual Design and UX teams for their flagship product, iHeartRadio. Currently, Nathan is the SVP and Creative Director at iHeartMedia.

Nathan Jones received a degree in English Literature from Emory University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
