Joel Estes

Joel Estes has extensive experience in technology and service delivery management, currently serving as Technology Process Manager at Clear Channel Outdoor since May 2019, focusing on IT process implementation and documentation within the IT Infrastructure team. Prior to this role, Joel was a Service Delivery Manager at DXC Technology from June 2013 to May 2019, overseeing operational support for over 60 clients and managing teams up to 55 members. Additionally, Joel held various roles at HP Enterprise Services and Electronic Data Systems, where responsibilities included end-user support, system administration, and data reporting. Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Mississippi.
