Jennifer Sclar

Jennifer Sclar is currently working as Counsel at Silver Golub & Teitell LLP since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Co-Founder and CEO of Clear Health Analytics since August 2012. With a background in representing consumers in class action cases against financial institutions, health insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies, Jennifer has served as Senior Counsel at Drubner Hartley & Hellman and Milberg. Jennifer began their career as a Litigation Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, focusing on white collar criminal defense and unfair trade/false advertising. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in American History from Barnard College.
