Additionally, Gitali has a background in talent management and support, having held the title of Vice President Talent Management at AIESEC India. Gitali holds a PGDM in Finance & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Jesus and Mary College.
