Tamara Schomer

Tamara Schomer is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the food industry, quality assurance, and research fields. Currently working as an Associate Scientist at Clear Labs, Tamara has developed assays for detecting foodborne pathogens. Previously, Tamara worked as an R&D Food Technologist at Abbott, focusing on infant formula products, and as a Quality Assurance Analyst at T. Marzetti Company. With a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University, Tamara also has experience as a Graduate Research Fellow and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the university.
