Gus Villegas

Gus Villegas is an experienced operations executive in property management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at CLEAR Property Management since April 2024. Prior to this role, Gus has held significant positions such as Managing Consultant at 4.6.3 Management Services since 2019, Director of Sales and Client Services at Infinite Capital Construction from July 2021 to April 2024, and Vice President of Property Management at Metric Property Management from May 2019 to July 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Manager at CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. and Merge Management, as well as SVP of Property Management at Core Spaces and VP of Property Management at CA Ventures, LLC.
