Kiersten Bowman

Kiersten Bowman is currently a regional manager at CLEAR Property Management. Kiersten has been with CLEAR Property Management since February of 2018 and in their current role since November of 2021. Kiersten is responsible for developing the community budget and regulating reimbursable charges. Kiersten also suggests budget revisions by monitoring variance reports and recommending best practices. In addition, Kiersten ensures that the communities are occupied with qualified tenants by following up on leads, advertising, and touring the community to prospective tenants. Kiersten oversees and reviews all tenant closes and ensures that the teams are actively communicating with prospects/residents on administrative matters. Kiersten collaborates with ownership, asset managers, marketing, current management, community managers and team.

Kiersten has contributed remarkable efforts in managing a portfolio consisting of six communities within 1638 units in the DFW area. Kiersten has also accelerated $15k in revenue per month by implementing new strategies to generate additional income.

Kiersten Bowman has an associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Kiersten Bowman reports to Melissa Oliver, President. They are on a team with Krissy Watkins - CLEAR - Regional Manager, Rachel Dixon - CLEAR - Director of Marketing & Business Development.
