Matthew Collins

Matthew Collins has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2006 at EY. Matthew served as an Audit Staff, Audit Senior, Audit Manager, and finally as an Audit Senior Manager. At EY, Matthew gained expertise in various areas such as revenue recognition, internal controls, and SEC reporting matters. In 2014, Matthew joined Clear Sky Capital as the Chief Financial Officer, where they oversee accounting, tax, financial reporting, and treasury. Matthew is also actively involved in capital market activities and communications with investors. Additionally, Matthew served as a Board Member and Treasurer at New Global Citizens, where they were responsible for financial oversight and assisting with business strategy.

Matthew Collins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management in 2005. Matthew then went on to pursue a Masters degree in Accounting from the same institution, which they completed in 2006.
