Beau Tateyama

Beau Tateyama has extensive work experience in the software engineering and technology field. Beau is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Clear Street since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Proof Trading as the Chief Software Architect from June 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at IEX Group, Inc. from June 2013 to May 2019.

Beau also held positions at RBC Capital Markets, where they served as the Director - Global Head of Algorithmic Trading Technology from December 2011 to April 2013, and as an Associate Director - Program Trading from October 2009 to December 2011. Beau was the Managing Partner at Myrias LLC from August 2008 to October 2009.

In addition, Beau has worked as a Software Developer at Banc of America Securities from August 2003 to July 2008 and at GFI Group in 2003. Beau started their career as a Software Engineer at CellExchange in 2000, where they worked until 2002.

Beau Tateyama obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and double minoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. This educational journey took place from 1995 to 2000.
