Yifan Pan

Yifan Pan has a diverse and extensive work experience in software engineering. Yifan started their career as a Front-end Software Engineer at Fotor, where they built web applications for design works management and printing order systems. Yifan then interned at Fotor as a Front-end Software Engineer, gaining valuable experience in a professional setting. Yifan then worked as a Front-end Software Engineer at Betalpha Technology, where they focused on building the Betalpha investment research software. Yifan utilized Redux Form and the Ant Design library to develop the UI interface and created data visualization using amcharts/echarts. Yifan also designed and implemented a protocol using Websocket to display progress updates for computing-intensive tasks.

Yifan later joined Robinhood as a Web Engineer Intern, working on the growth team. Yifan collaborated with team members on system design and built a promotion event app using React. Yifan then transitioned to the role of a full-time Web Engineer, working on the growth team at Robinhood. In this role, they contributed to the development platform configurations using technologies such as k8s, Nginx, Docker, and Jenkins. Yifan also built a new module for the reward granting tool, specifically for fractional stock rewards, using React and Django.

Currently, Yifan is a Software Engineer at Clear Street, where they continue to utilize their skills and knowledge in software development to contribute to the company's success.

Yifan Pan's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. They pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and completed their studies in 2017. In 2016, Yifan attended Texas A&M University as an exchange student, focusing on the field of Economics. Moving forward to 2020, Yifan Pan pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Northeastern University. This academic endeavor lasted until 2021.
