Erica Ventura

Erica Ventura currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Workplace Experience at CLEAR, overseeing Workplace Operations and managing the Executive Assistant Team since July 2022. Previously, Erica worked at Theory from April 2019 to October 2022, where experience included roles as Global Flagship Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, focusing on team development and customer service excellence. Earlier positions included Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser at TAGS, where responsibilities encompassed team management, sales tracking, and merchandising strategies. Erica has also held retail positions at ALEX AND ANI, providing leadership in store operations and client relations. An internship at Newport Harbor Corporation involved client relationship management and event planning, while a social work internship at DCYF provided experience in case management and communication. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
