Peter L. Scher

Peter L. Scher is the Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, where they oversee the global Corporate Responsibility department and lead the Mid-Atlantic Region. With a career that bridges public service and the private sector, Scher has previously served as U.S. Special Trade Ambassador in the Executive Office of the President and held leadership roles at Mayer Brown and the Greater Washington Partnership. Scher is also a board member for Centivo and CLEAR, and their educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree and a Juris Doctor from American University.
