Akash Sharma

Akash Sharma has been working in the technology industry since 1999. Akash began their career as a Regional Sales Manager and Engineer/Project Manager at VI Technology. In 2006, they joined Local Positioning Systems (LPS), Inc. as a Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA). In 2017, they moved to NXP Semiconductors as a Sr. Analog Validation Engineer. Akash is currently employed at ClearBlade, Inc. as an IoT Solutions Engineer.

Akash Sharma received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Focus on Solid State) from The University of Texas at Austin between 1988 and 1993. Akash then earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Solid State) from Arizona State University between 1993 and 1995. In 2017, Akash obtained certifications from National Instruments in Channel Wire Communication, Measurement Fundamentals, Measurements System Design, LabVIEW Discovery, NI-DAQmx Programming, and Sensors and Signals. In 2018, they obtained a Certified TestStand Developer certification. In 2016, Akash obtained a Certified LabVIEW Architect certification. Akash is also a NI Certified Professional Instructor. In 2018, Akash completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp.
