Cindy Donald has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cindy is currently working as the Program Manager - QLD at Raise Foundation, where they support the Program Counsellors in delivering youth mentoring programs. Prior to this, they were a Program Counsellor at Raise Foundation, facilitating one-on-one mentoring sessions.

Cindy also has experience as the Founder of Tildon Training, where they offered neurofeedback system rentals to optimize brain potential. Cindy was responsible for marketing and assisting individuals with various psychological, emotional, and medical conditions.

Furthermore, Cindy worked as a Facilitator and Coach at Local Government Managers Australia Queensland, where they focused on leadership development and management training for local government officers. Cindy also worked as a Leadership Workshop Facilitator, Assessor, Director, and Operations Manager at First Door Training & Development Pty Ltd, where they designed and facilitated leadership and management workshops and established a Registered Training Organization.

Earlier in their career, Cindy worked as the P&C Operations Manager at North Lakes State College P&C Association, improving operational and financial viability of canteens and implementing compliance programs. Cindy was also a Tuckshop Manager at Craigslea State High School, managing operations and financial viability of the school tuckshop.

At The Grocott's Office Shop, Cindy served as the Business Manager, ensuring branch targets were met and implementing training programs. Cindy also gained experience as the Owner/Manager of Aucklands Country House and Wimpy Grahamstown, where they handled marketing, guest liaison, staff recruitment and development, financial administration, and inventory control.

Overall, Cindy Donald has had a diverse career with a range of responsibilities in program management, mentoring, leadership development, operations management, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Cindy Donald has a diverse education history spanning different fields. In 1983 to 1987, they completed their Grade 12 education at Rand Park High School. Cindy then pursued a Diploma in Hospitality (Operations) at the University of Johannesburg from 1988 to 1989. In 2011, they enrolled in MCO Training and obtained a Diploma of Management in Business Administration and Management. The same year, they also earned a Cert IV in Training and Assessment from Chris Morton Powerful Seminars.

In 2012, Cindy attended the University of New England in Australia, where they completed a Bachelor of Training and Development in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. Later on, in 2019 and 2020, they pursued further education at the University of Southern Queensland and obtained a Graduate Certificate of Counselling, specializing in Mental Health Counseling/Counseling, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Counselling in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General.

Alongside their formal education, Cindy has also obtained additional certifications. In 2018, they acquired Belbin Team Role Accreditation from Sabre Corporate Development and Belbin Australia. In 2019, they obtained the Standard Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid Australia. Furthermore, Cindy participated in the AITD Mentoring Program offered by the Australian Institute of Training and Development in December 2019.
