Amruta Lad

Amruta Lad is currently the Head of Human Resources at Clearbot and a Human Resources Manager at ILU. With a background in human resources spanning various roles in recruitment and talent acquisition, Amruta has experience in headhunting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates across different regions. Amruta holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and has a background in Biotechnology from Dhempe College of Arts and Science and St. Ursula School. Additionally, Amruta has also worked as an Exam Invigilator at the British Council, handling various international examinations and coordinating with students for IELTS exams.
