Tara Ghei

Tara Ghei currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Clearbrief, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Tara founded and served as CEO of Romp + Tumble from 2020 to 2023, leading a sustainable tech startup to a successful acquisition by Rent-a-Romper. Between 2011 and 2020, Tara held various roles at WestRock Company, including Finance Integration Lead, where significant contributions included the successful integration of a $3.5 billion acquisition and enhancing margin performance in the corrugated packaging segment. Tara's earlier career includes positions at BlackRock as Vice President of Global Treasury and Risk Management, and at Ford Motor Company in roles focused on risk management and capital markets. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from Bryn Mawr College.
