Janell Donahue has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Janell has held various roles in staffing firms and healthcare organizations, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding activities and HR programs, and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients. Janell's background includes lead teaching roles and experience in working with individuals with disabilities. Janell holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Dubuque.

Clearbrook is committed to creating innovative opportunities, services and supports for people with. Each year, we serve over 8,000 children and adults—as well as their families— in over 160 communities throughout northern Illinois. Clearbrook provides personalized children’s, adult day, employment, residential and clinical services at more than 60 locations throughout the Chicago area and is the largest provider of home-based services in the state of Illinois.
