Jessica Dwyer

Jessica Dwyer has a wide range of work experience in the field of learning and development. Jessica has held various roles in different organizations, specializing in instructional design, training management, and technical writing. Jessica's most recent position was as the Director of Learning and Development at ClearCaptions, LLC, where they developed a strategic plan for department success and implemented a Culture of Learning program. Prior to that, they worked as a Training Manager at Delta Dental, overseeing staff and developing standards for curriculum development. Jessica also has experience as a Senior Instructional Designer and Trainer at Engility, where they managed training for a social worker application used in California. Throughout their career, Jessica has consistently demonstrated their skills in designing and delivering effective training programs.

Jessica Dwyer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology at California State University, Chico from 1995 to 1999. Jessica has also obtained various certifications in leadership development, performance consulting, instructional design, e-Learning, scenario-based e-Learning, and information mapping from institutions such as LifeLabs Learning and the Association for Talent Development.
