Kristen Shannon, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Providence since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen accumulated extensive experience at Swedish from January 2007 to June 2023, progressing through positions including Senior Manager of Learning Operations, Design and Delivery, Manager of Learning Operations and Delivery, Senior Learning Technology Manager, Clinical Education & Communications Specialist, Education Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Kristen holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (EMHA) from the University of Washington, obtained between 2010 and 2012, as well as dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Education from the same institution, completed in 2006.
