Kristine Viera

Kristine Viera is a seasoned professional in the financial and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of ClearCloser since December 2019, where innovative efforts are focused on digitizing residential mortgages. Prior to this role, Kristine was the CEO of Vequity Capital, gaining valuable insights into the needs of real estate investors and effective capital mobilization strategies. Additional experience includes serving as CFO for a private lender, and Controller positions at Med-Lab Supply Co. Inc. and VIAS USA, where significant operational improvements and financial management were achieved. Kristine’s career began in public service with Miami-Dade County, including roles in property evaluation and community outreach. Academic qualifications include a Master of Accounting in Taxation from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and International Business from Florida International University.
