Brian Abraham

Brian Abraham has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Brian started their career in recruiting, software quality engineering, and BI consulting before transitioning to various roles in talent acquisition and management.

From 2006 to 2010, Brian worked at CGI, where they served as a Senior Partner in Talent Acquisition. Brian executed full-lifecycle recruiting strategies, managed a team of recruiters, and played a key role in recruiting 550 new members for a major contract.

Following their time at CGI, Brian joined DigitalGlobe in 2010 as a Senior Partner in Talent Acquisition. Brian specialized in recruiting industry professionals in satellite imagery, GIS, mapping, and remote sensing. Brian successfully filled challenging positions and managed relationships with stakeholders.

In 2014, Brian worked as a freelancer at McClure Avenue Creative, where they provided resume writing services, screenwriting, and recruiting. Brian collaborated with Jacob Krueger Studio, Discovery Studios, and Tenable Network Security on various projects.

From 2015 to 2017, Brian worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Sharp Decisions (formerly known as CN-Tec). Brian collaborated with account managers to recruit technologists in Agile software development, cloud infrastructure, and big data engineering.

Since 2017, Brian has been working at ClearCompany Talent Management Software. Brian started as the Manager of Talent Acquisition, then promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition, and currently holds the position of Director of People & Culture. ClearCompany is headquartered in Boston, with a fully remote workforce in 35+ states. Brian focuses on talent maximization and ensures HR has the tools needed for planning, executing initiatives, and building culture.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, relationship management, and team leadership.

Brian Abraham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University. Brian also studied Creative Story Development and Screenwriting at Jacob Krueger Studio and New York Film Academy. In addition, Brian pursued Industrial and Organizational Psychology at West Virginia Wesleyan College. Brian obtained a Certification in Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS. Moreover, they completed their high school education at Woodland Hills High School.
