Matt Dressel

Matt Dressel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Matt started their career in 1999 as a Senior Software Engineer at Business Logic Corporation, where they primarily worked on www.likeassets. In 2012, they joined TMX Credit as a Senior Software Developer, where they were involved in modern vehicle-secured lending and implemented lead service accounting. In 2014, they became a Software Engineering Manager at Avant, leading the auto-refinance project and earlier heading the Platform. At Clearcover, they have held various roles, including Director of Engineering and VP of Engineering, before assuming their current position as VP of Organizational Development, focusing on holistic progress and improving the company for its employees.

Matt Dressel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they attended from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at St. Ignatius College Prep from 1990 to 1994.
