Justin Petro

Justin Petro is the CEO and Founder of Thinktiv, a value creation consulting firm established in 2005 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, dedicated to assisting Private Equity investors and mid-market executives in building successful businesses. In addition to leading Thinktiv, Justin serves as a Board Member and Managing Partner at Orizon Fund, which supports musculoskeletal innovation, and acts as an Investor and Advisor for multiple companies, including Clearday, Aceable, OJO Labs, Preciate, ALTR, QuickGifts, and Conceivable. Justin is also a Mentor at Capital Factory, contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Austin. Justin holds a BA in Industrial Design and Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 1999.
