  • The Lead Solution Architect works across the technical leadership team and staff to implement strategic visions that come down from the Chief Technology Officer and ClearEdge Leadership Team. The successful candidate will lead development of compelling innovative technical solutions on multiple business development efforts.  You’ll be responsible for translating current and future customer needs into actionable requirements, identifying gaps through internal and external means, developing discriminators, leading technical solution development, interfacing with customer technical teams and ClearEdge teammates, and evaluating the effectiveness of proposed solutions. This position also requires some external-facing aspects with potential speaking engagements, sponsorship event support, as well as attending various industry events and holding industry positions on behalf of ClearEdge.

What We Are Expecting From You

  • Expert in Solutioning Software Engineering, Intelligence, and Cybersecurity solutions for the DoD/USG
  • Expert in leading technical proposal efforts
  • Aptitude through job experience in developing documentation required to support programs technical issues and training situations.
  • Ability to mentor and lead other engineers
  • Ability to collaborate with other engineers and non-technical staff
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Robust communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently as well as to function effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a STEM related field.  Typically, four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
    • A minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in the design, development and deployment of cyber capabilities

Nice To Have

  • Preferred to have CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or other DoD 8570 certifications
