Previously, Florent held key roles at Okendo as VP of Sales and Customer Success and as a Vice President of Customer Success. At iAdvize, Florent was instrumental in building the North American customer success strategy. Florent’s earlier experience includes directing customer success at Nuance Communications, managing a $10M portfolio, and driving client initiatives at The Search Agency.
