Andrenika Whisenton

Andrenika Whisenton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrenika started their career in 1995 at SBC/Ameritech as a Drafter/Quality Assurance Engineer, where they were responsible for creating complex drafting assignments and performing inspections and analysis on HFC plant systems. Andrenika later became the Contract Administration Manager, administering service contracts and providing training and support to suppliers.

In 2009, Andrenika joined CEDA as the Director of Workforce & Economic Development. In this role, they oversaw workforce and economic development initiatives until 2014.

Since 2014, Andrenika has been working at CLEAResult, starting as a Program Manager and progressing to Senior Program Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering client objectives and managing program budgets. Andrenika later became the Program Portfolio Manager and then the Program Director, overseeing multi-million-dollar programs and leading cross-functional teams.

Currently, Andrenika holds the position of Partner Diversity Regional Lead at CLEAResult. In this role, they are responsible for building relationships with Small Disadvantaged Businesses and identifying inclusion opportunities to support proposal and program requirements.

Andrenika Whisenton holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northern Illinois University. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
