Jeffrey Cole

Jeffrey Cole has a diverse work experience in the energy efficiency and green building industry. Jeffrey is currently the Director of Design Build at CLEAResult, where they oversee design and construction projects. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Operations Manager, Critical Systems Design Build at the same company.

Before joining CLEAResult, Jeffrey founded their own consulting company called Konstrukt in 1993. Konstrukt provided a range of services including energy efficiency, green building, district heating and cooling, and renewable energy programs. Jeffrey managed market evaluations, conducted technical research, developed strategies, and prepared LEED documentation. Jeffrey successfully led Konstrukt until 2020.

Jeffrey also worked at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) as a Senior Product Manager in 2019. There, they managed gas technology initiatives, including testing and assessment of gas combi units, gas furnaces, and commercial HVAC systems. Jeffrey collaborated with cross-functional teams and managed contracts and subcontractors.

In 2018, Jeffrey was a Senior Product Development Manager at PECI, where they contributed to the development of new products and solutions.

Jeffrey Cole has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management Accounting & Marketing from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Jeffrey also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interdisciplinary Communication and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Art from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
