Yannick Leblanc

Yannick Leblanc is a seasoned operations analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce technologies and performance improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at CLEAResult since March 2024, Yannick focuses on Salesforce Field Service and Youreka Forms, driving flow development and process improvements. Prior to this role, Yannick worked at Paysafe from November 2018 to February 2024, progressing from Operations Training Associate to Senior Operations Performance Analyst, where key responsibilities included relationship NPS, centralized reporting, compliance process improvement, and various initiatives related to Salesforce servicing.
