Mahesh Nair

Mahesh Nair has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Mahesh is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Cleareye.ai since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Location HR Leader for Pune at ZS from May 2022 to September 2022. From December 2016 to May 2022, they worked at Atos as the Group Manager & Vertical HR Head - Business Partnering. Mahesh had significant experience in HR strategic planning, HR business partnering, learning & development, team management, employee relations, and organizational talent strategy. Mahesh was involved in formulating HR policies, addressing employee grievances, and implementing innovative HR practices. Mahesh was proficient in HR data analytics, using analytics techniques to aid in HR decision-making. Before Atos, Mahesh worked at Mphasis as the Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner from June 2011 to December 2016. Mahesh was responsible for strategic business planning, performance management, talent development, compensation programs, employee engagement, and policy design. Prior to that, they held HR roles at Tech Mahindra, Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and Mphasis. At Mphasis, they played a pivotal role in remote transitioning of processes and was part of quality processing and pilot teams. Mahesh Nair pursued their education at Modern Education Society's Nowrosjee Wadia College Arts, Science, Pune 01 from 1998 to 2001. Mahesh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry during this time. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune.
