Bob Cody

Bob Cody has a wealth of experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Human Resources and Office of Resource Management at Clearfield since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Cummins Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, at SWM International as a Human Resources Director, at Andersen Corporation as an HR and Staffing Manager and Senior HR Generalist, at Renewal by Andersen as a Staffing Manager, at Lester Building Systems as an HR Representative, and at Cambrex as an HR Manager. Throughout their career, Bob has shown a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies to support company goals and leading various HR functions such as talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations.

Bob Cody attended the University of Iowa from 1981 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Industrial Relations/Human Resources.
