Michael Coughlin

Michael Coughlin is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior New Product Introduction Engineer at Clearfield, a position held since June 2018. In this role, Michael has been responsible for troubleshooting product and equipment failures, implementing process improvements through new fixtures and jigs, and redesigning workstations to enhance efficiency using lean manufacturing principles. Prior experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Graco, where significant contributions were made to assembly line maintenance and quality improvement, and an Engineering Internship at PRI Robotics, focused on design and vendor communication.
