Pam Wiley

As their Director of Proposals & Communications, Pam leads all aspects of their proposal development and corporate communications. She brings 25 years of proposal management, writing, editing and messaging to her role and previously served in various roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, Unisys, Capital One and Battelle Memorial Institute among others. She crafted messaging and a wide variety of communications for Anthem, The Biotechnology Industry Organization and Sentara Health System. Pam attended Virginia Tech and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from West Texas A&M University. She loves dogs and enjoys the theatre, bike riding, gardening and traveling.
